We welcome each child with excitement and enthusiasm, helping them feel comfortable in an environment where they can become involved in the sport of running. As they build friendships along the way, they will grow more confident and look forward to practices and race days throughout the next six weeks. Our goal is to create a space that fosters confidence, encourages personal growth, and inspires a lifelong love of running.

Hi! My name is Emelyn Lacour and I am a junior at Campbell University. I am majoring in Biology Pre-Med and minoring in Chemistry. I run on the cross country team and also anywhere from the 800m to the 5k on the track and field team. In my free time I love to listen to music and try new coffee places!

Hi! My name is Samantha Sproul, and I am a junior at Campbell University where I run distance for the cross country and track teams. I am majoring in Exercise and Sports Science Pre-Occupational Therapy, and I am minoring in Health and Wellness. I enjoy spending time outdoors and I am always up to trying something new! I am a new LT member, and I am excited to be a part of opening a chapter in Buies Creek, NC.

Hi! My name is Nora Stroud and I am a junior at Campbell. I am majoring in Kinesiology pre-PA. I pole vault for the track and field team. In my free time I love to watch movie, spend time with my friends and family, and spend time at the beach.

Hey there! My name is Sophie Cowart and I am a Junior at Campbell University majoring in Accounting. I stick to more of the long distance in track, so I like to call myself a 5Ker. Outside training and school, I enjoy hiking in the mountains and playing with dogs and cats at home. I love seeing the impact Run Your City has on kids in Buies Creek and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to get involved!!
