Mary Blankemeier

Most likely to say 'fired up!' and mean it every single time.

Mary founded Run Your City while running track and cross country at the University of Virginia, where she studied systems engineering and became the first engineering student to win UVA's Sky Alland Scholarship. She's now an MBA student at Stanford, after a handful of years at Bain & Company in Boston and healthcare work with the Clinton Health Access Initiative across sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia. An Oak Park, Illinois native and once the fastest miler in the nation, she started Run Your City on a simple belief: every kid deserves access to sport, and the athletes ahead of them are ready to pass the baton.
